§ 36.132 COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE.
   The duly appointed City Council representative to the city Water and Sewer Commission shall be an ex officio member of the Water and Sewer Commission with full voting privileges. However, it is expressly provided that the Council representative shall not be compensated for attendance at Commission meetings.
