The duties of the Commission shall include, but not be limited to the following:
(A) Coordinating between the city, various civic organizations and other governmental agencies, the operation, maintenance, interpretation and continued restoration of Fort Williams;
(B) The receipt of funds as budgeted from time to time by the city for the operation, maintenance and continued restoration of Fort Williams and to account for the use of any such funds to the city; and
(C) To report, on an annual basis, to the City Council concerning activities of the Commission during the preceding year and the status and condition of Fort Williams.
