(A) The Fort Williams Restoration Commission shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of four members. Board members shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of the Council. The terms of Board members shall each be for four years.
(B) Directors shall serve without compensation. They will be entitled, however, to reimbursement of direct out of pocket expense incurred in the performance of their duties.
