The territory covered by this subchapter shall be all of that territory within the city and within the County of Barren, Kentucky, excluding the following:
(A) That part of Barren County, Kentucky, under the jurisdiction of the Cave City Tourist and Convention Commission as of March 2, 1999; and
(B) That part of Barren County, Kentucky located within the city limits of the City of Park City, Kentucky, as of June 2, 2003.
