The Mayor shall appoint two ex officio members of the Recreation and Playground Board. He or she shall appoint a member of the City Council to serve as an ex officio member and shall also appoint an officer or board member of the Glasgow little league as an ex officio member of the Recreation and Playground Board. As ex officio members, neither appointee shall be entitled to a vote, but the Recreation and Playground Board shall notify both ex officio members of all meetings of the Recreation and Playground Board.
