In any situation where a property owner uses parking spaces on an adjacent property in an agreed upon “shared” parking agreement:
(A) The agreement must be recorded in a miscellaneous book and housed in the Barren County Clerk’s office; and
(B) The subject property owner for which use the “shared” parking arrangement is being provided for must still be able to provide 75% of the required parking on the subject property in which the use takes place.
