(A) Assisted living facilities shall permitted within AG, B-1, B-2, B-3 and OP zoning districts.
(B) (1) Assisted living facilities shall be permitted within an R-4 zoning district with a conditional use permit from the Glasgow Board of Adjustment.
(2) The Glasgow Board of Adjustment may attach any stipulations it deems necessary to ensure that the essential character of the general vicinity of the neighborhood is not altered and that no threat to the general safety, health and welfare of the public will occur.
(C) No assisted living facility shall be permitted within an R-1, R-2, R-3, I-1, I-2 or Public zoned district.
