§ 158.159 MINIMUM YARD REQUIREMENTS.

The following minimum yard requirements shall apply in the B-1 district: all buildings located on lots adjacent to a residential district shall be located so as to conform on the adjacent side with the side yard requirements for the adjacent residential district.
