§ 35.31 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Fire Department shall consist of the Fire Chief and the number of regular paid firefighters as shall be authorized by City Council.
   (B)   The compensation of all firefighters shall be in an amount to be established by City Council by ordinance in accordance with the Personnel Classification and Compensation Plan.
