The subdivider shall be responsible for the provision of all required improvements to the subdivision, that is water mains, sanitary and storm sewers, curbs and gutters, pavement, sidewalks, graded outlawns and all interior walkways. Improvements shall be installed in conformity with the Subdivision Control Act.
