§ 153.34  MINIMUM PAVEMENT WIDTHS.
   (A)   Minimum pavement widths.

   The pavement of the turning circle shall          have a 32-foot radius to the face of the curb.
 
   (B)   The subdivider shall pay for the construction of pavement up to 28 feet.
