§ 152.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COUNCIL.  The chief legislative body of the city.
   MAYOR.  The chief executive of the city.
   STREETS.  Includes streets, avenues, boulevards, roads, lanes, alleys, viaducts and other ways.
