§ 114.01  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RUMMAGE SALE, YARD SALE or GARAGE SALE.  The sale of any new, used, antique or second-hand merchandise conducted in any yard, garage, home, building or vacant lot within the city.
