§ 94.23  MEASUREMENT TO BE MADE BY SOUND LEVEL METER.
   All measurements of dB(a) according to §§ 94.21 and 94.22 shall be made by using a sound level meter of standard design and operated on the "A" weight scale, with "slow" meter response.
