§ 51.096 PLUMBING.
   All plumbing and all connections to the sanitary sewer system, and all rain water connections to the village sanitary sewer system, including roof drains, cistern overflows, building foundation drains and all other types of connections, shall conform to the State Plumbing Code which is hereby made by reference a part of this chapter.
