All persons, firms or corporations performing work which by this chapter requires an action of the Zoning Administrator, the Planning Committee, or the Village Board shall pay a fee for consideration to the Village Clerk to help defray the cost of administration, investigation, advertising and processing of such actions. The fees for consideration shall be in accordance with the fee schedule established by the Village Board and presented as a separate attachment in support of these regulations.
