§ 157.090 ESTABLISHMENT.
   Pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stats. § 62.23(7)(e), there is hereby established a Board of Appeals for the village for the purpose of hearing appeals and applications and granting variances and exception to the provisions of this chapter in harmony with the purpose and intent of this chapter.
