No mobile home as defined in this chapter shall be occupied or used for living or sleeping purposes unless it is located in a mobile home park that has been granted an appropriate permit by the Planning Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in this section and Chapter 152. Temporary mobile homes or recreational vehicles used on construction projects, as defined in these regulations, presently placed and occupied outside of a mobile home park shall not be replaced.
