(A) Purpose. The purpose of this district is to discourage development in natural areas with unique features or environmental hazards, provide areas to ensure proper water conservation and flood control, and provide areas for outdoor recreation and forestry pursuits.
(B) Permitted uses. Management of recreation, forestry, wildlife and fish.
(C) Conditional uses.
(1) Parks and bicycle/hiking trails;
(2) Power stations, transmission lines, water pumping and storage facilities; and
(3) Golf courses.
