§ 157.056 RD RURAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
   (A)   Purpose. The RD Rural Development District is intended to allow for agricultural uses within the village.
   (B)   Permitted uses.
      (1)   Single-family dwellings;
      (2)   Two-family dwellings;
      (3)   Agricultural and general farming activities including dairying, livestock and poultry raising (except farms feeding offal or garbage and mink farms), crop production and forestry; and
      (4)   Sporting and pet animal kennels.
   (C)   Conditional uses (see § 157.133).
      (1)   Bed and breakfast establishments subject to the provisions of § 157.055(B)(5);
      (2)   Public parks and playgrounds; and
      (3)   Any other conditional use as stated in § 157.055(D).
   (D)   Dimensional requirements.
      (1)   Lot size.
         (a)   Minimum lot area: 17,424 square feet. A 132-foot by 132-foot lot is considered a standard minimum lot.
         (b)   Minimum lot width: 100 feet.
      (2)   Setbacks and required yards for principal and accessory building. Section 157.054(D)(3) shall apply to all accessory buildings.
   (E)   Off-street parking. Off-street parking as required by § 157.035.
