§ 157.050 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.

   For the purpose and administration of this chapter, the village is hereby organized into the following zoning districts:

   (A)   Residential districts:

      (1)   R-1 Single-Family Residence District; and

      (2)   R-2 Multiple-Family Residence District.

   (B)   Rural Development District RD;

   (C)   Commercial Districts CD;

   (D)   Industrial District ID;

   (E)   Public and Institutional District PI;

   (F)   Conservancy District W; and

   (G)   Wellhead Protection Overlay District WP.
