Measurements shall be taken from the nearest point of building to the lot line in question, subject to the following:
(A) On lots having double frontage (through lots), the required front yard shall be provided on both street sides; and
(B) On a corner lot, the width of the yard along the side street shall not be less than any required front yard on any such street, provided the buildable width of a lot of record shall not be reduced to less than 28 feet nor closer than six feet to any side lot line. In no case shall the setback required for a side yard abutting a street be reduced to less than 30 feet.
