§ 153.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authorization in Wis. Stats. §§ 61.35 and 62.23, for villages and cities; Wis. Stats. §§ 59.69, 59.692 and 59.694 for counties; and the requirements in Wis. Stats. § 87.30.
