Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit no less than $10 nor more than $100 and the cost of prosecution for each violation and in default or payment thereof shall be imprisoned in the County Jail of this county, until payment of such forfeiture and costs, but not exceeding 30 days, provided that the maximum forfeiture for violation of § 152.05(A) shall be $25.
