There is hereby imposed a requirement that before a mobile home can be brought into the village, the Village Board must be informed by building permit application where this mobile home will be parked. The applicant/trailer court owner must provide a copy of mobile home title, a copy of the bill of sale and photographs for the Assessor. The Village Board must also approve parking the mobile home in the village.
