§ 151.21 BUILDING PERMITS.
   (A)   Local building permits issued by the Clerk. Local building permits for the village shall be issued by the Village Clerk. Fees for such permits shall be established by resolution from time to time and set forth on the Fee Charge Schedule codified in Chapter 34.
   (B)   Enforcement of building regulations. The Village Clerk, the Building Inspector, and the Village Police Chief shall enforce the provision of this chapter and all ordinances of the village.
   (C)   Access to premises. The Village Clerk or the Building Inspector and his or her designees may at all reasonable times, for any proper purpose, enter upon any public or private premises and may make inspection thereof and require the production of the permit for any building or the required license therefor.
   (D)   Interference with Inspector. No person shall interfere with the Village Clerk, the Building Inspector or Village Policemen in the performance of their duties.
   (E)   Records. The Village Clerk shall keep a record of all applications for building permits in a book for such purpose, and regularly number each permit in the order of its issue.
