(A) Trustee members. The Trustee members shall be appointed by the Village Board, subject to confirmation by the Village Board during April for the duration of their current terms as Village Trustees. The term of office on the Committee shall begin May 1.
(B) Citizen members. The two citizen members shall be appointed by the Village Board, during April for the term of three years beginning May 1. Citizen members do not need to be a resident of the village. All citizen members of the Committee shall have equal voting rights with the Trustee members of the Committee. Must attend 50% of called meetings to maintain member status, if not member can be replaced by the discretion of the committee.
