§ 91.03 AUTHORIZATION OF VILLAGE FORESTER.
   (A)   The Village Board may designate a municipal employee or citizen to perform the duties of Village Forester under state statutes and authorize such Village Forester to perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Board imposed by this chapter.
   (B)   The Village Forester shall be properly trained and responsible to the Village Board.
