§ 34.04 FIREFIGHTERS; APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES.
   Volunteer firefighter appointments to the Town Volunteer Fire Department shall be able- bodied persons residing either within the corporate limits of the town, any of the surrounding fire districts, or any other jurisdictions. Full-time firefighter appointments shall be in compliance with the personnel policies and procedures as adopted by the Town Council.
