Beginning with the election to be held on 3-17-1987, a person desiring to become a candidate and to have his or her name printed on the official ballot for municipal office shall file a nomination paper and other nomination materials not less than 75 days, nor more than 105 days before the primary election date. All nomination papers must be completed and filed with the Town Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on the last day for filing the papers.
