§ 31.096 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Development and Industrial Commission shall be composed of seven members.
   (B)   Commission members shall be appointed by the Council as follows.
      (1)   Five members shall be appointed to serve staggered terms of five years.
      (2)   The sixth and seventh members of the Commission shall be appointed annually for one-year terms. One member shall be a member of the Council and the other shall be appointed from among the membership of the Town Chamber of Commerce.
      (3)   Any vacancy occurring during a term of office shall be filled by appointment for the balance of the unexpired term.
