§ 31.010 TOWN ENGINEER.
   The Town Engineer shall have charge of the town streets, sewers and waterworks under the supervision of the Street Commissioner and the Sanitation Commissioner. The Engineer shall perform such duties as may be required of him or her by law and such other duties as the Council may deem necessary.
