(A) Any person desiring a moving permit shall submit to the Clerk two photographs of the building, house or other structure proposed to be moved and one photograph and a plat of the lot to which it is proposed to be moved.
(B) The plat shall be marked so as to show the exact location to which the building, house or other structure is proposed to be moved, and the exact distance which will exist from each side thereof perpendicularly to the nearest lot line.
