(A) For the purposes of determining valuations, the most current building valuation data table, as published by the International Code Council in Building Safety Journal magazine, as the data is published from time to time, shall be used.
(B) For the purpose of determining the fire permit valuations, the most current building valuation data table, as published by the International Code Council in Building Safety Journal magazine, as the data is published from time to time, shall be used to determine the fire permit fee.
(C) Any valuation not specifically provided for shall be determined by the Building Official and shall be classified in the use and construction type it most nearly resembles.
