§ 131.15 UNSAFE BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES.
   It is unlawful for any person to erect, repair or alter any building or structure within the fire limits of the town in violation of the provisions of this code or of the ordinances of the town relating to materials and manner of construction of buildings and structures. It is unlawful for any person to maintain or allow any building or structure so old, dilapidated or out of repair as to be dangerous, unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unfit for human use. The town may pursue legal action to enforce this provision and/or may follow the administrative procedures outlined in §§ 94.05 through 94.09 for the removal of dilapidated buildings or structures and the imposition of liens.
