§ 131.11 POSTING OF ADVERTISEMENTS AND NOTICES.

It is unlawful to attach any sign, advertisement or notice to any tree, pole or to erect holders for the signs or advertisements on or in any public street, sidewalk or public place or in any location which would be hazardous to traffic or the public.
