§ 131.01 BURNING OF GRASS AND TRASH.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to kindle any grass fire within the town without first securing a written permit from the Town Clerk, who shall issue the permit only upon approval of the Fire Chief and subject to any conditions for the protection of life and property imposed by the Fire Chief.

(B) It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to burn any leaves, paper, rubbish or other substances upon any public streets, sidewalks or alleys within the town.
