§ 130.07 CONSUMPTION OF SPIRITUOUS LIQUOR.

It is unlawful for a person to consume spirituous liquor from a broken package in a town public recreation area. This section shall not apply to public recreation areas which have been leased from the town by responsible persons or organizations for special functions or occasions.
