§ 130.03 FALSE OR MISLEADING REPORTS TO POLICE.

It is unlawful for any person willfully to make to or file with the Police Department of the town any false, fraudulent, misleading or unfounded report or statement or willfully to misrepresent any fact for the purpose of interfering with the operation of the Police Department or with the intention of misleading any police officer.
