The Clerk, or the Clerk's designee, shall enforce the provisions of §§ 94.02 and 94.03 by prosecuting violators of the sections in the town's Magistrate Court pursuant to the criminal provisions of this code. The Clerk, or the Clerk's designee, may also compel the removal of litter by the procedure outlined in §§ 94.05 through 94.09. For the purposes of this chapter, the term REMOVAL and any variations thereof, includes demolition where applicable.
