§ 93.10 COLLECTION CHARGES; PERSONAL DEBT; CIVIL SUIT FOR PAYMENT; CUMULATIVE REMEDY.
   (A)   Every charge, rental, receptacle use fee, or collection fee levied pursuant to § 93.09 shall become, from and after the time it is due and payable, a personal debt of the person, commercial or residential refuse generator receiving collection service, and may be collected by civil suit instituted in the name of the town by its Town Attorney, upon the request of the Town Manager, at any time after the penalty as hereinbefore provided in § 93.09(C) attaches to the aforesaid charges, rentals, or fees.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provisions to the contrary, the remedy provided by this section shall cumulate and supplement other remedies provided under this chapter.
