§ 91.06 PRESENCE IN PARKS AFTER CLOSING.

It is unlawful for any person to trespass upon or be upon the grounds of any municipal park or playground between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. without first obtaining authorization from the Town Manager or designee.
