The fees for the permits shall be:
(A) Excavation in asphalt or portland cement concrete pavement surface: an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council;
(B) Excavation in oil-treated street surface: an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council; and
(C) Excavations in untreated or unimproved street or surfaces: an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council.
