(A) There shall be charge of an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council for opening and closing each burial site, except as stated in division (B) of this section. This includes opening and closing each burial site, and preparing the site for services, including, but not limited to, setting up the canopy and chairs.
(B) The above costs shall be in effect Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If either the opening and closing of division (A) of this section is required on Saturday or Sunday, or a legal holiday, then the costs shall be an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council.
(C) There shall be a charge of an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council for the opening and closing of a burial site for the placing of an urn containing the remains of a deceased person. Similarly, if the same is performed on Saturday or Sunday, the charge is an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council.
(D) The Town Manager is authorized to waive all or part of the aforementioned costs of divisions (A), (B) and (C) of this section where an appropriate case of undue hardship has been presented.
