An amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council shall be paid to the town and collected by the Clerk for execution of easements concerning occupied lots by relatives of deceased therein interred prior to January, 1973, but the charge shall be made and the easement executed only at the request of the relatives and no other charge shall be made for occupied lots.
