(A) There shall be one section including blocks 1 through 55 that shall be known as the east section where burial sites shall be an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council. Each lot shall be six feet by ten feet located in blocks of 16 lots per block.
(B) The balance of cemetery lots, except as provided in division (C) of this section, shall be sold at an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council. Each lot shall be six feet by ten feet located in blocks of 16 lots per block.
(C) There shall be 16 individual lots of six feet by ten feet set aside in the southwest corner of the Pioneer Cemetery for the burial of indigent persons. This site shall be known as Potters Field, and no charge shall be made for lots located therein.
