§ 53.03 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.

The town shall lay out, plat and design, beautify and in general develop, operate and maintain a municipal cemetery to be known as "Pioneer Cemetery", to provide an adequate and suitable burial ground for the citizens of the town and area. The entire operation and maintenance of the cemetery shall be the responsibility of the Council or its appointed representative.
