§ 52.080 NOTIFICATION OF BYPASS.

   (A)   Anticipated bypass. If the permittee knows in advance of the need for a bypass, it shall submit prior oral and written notice to the Public Works Director, if possible at least ten days before the date of the bypass.

   (B)   Unanticipated bypass. The permittee shall submit notification of an unanticipated bypass as required in § 52.018.
