§ 52.036 CHARGES AND FEES.
   (A)   The following fees shall apply:
      (1)   Fees for town sampling and inspection procedures - $100 investigation or associated laboratory cost, whichever is larger.
      (2)   Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction - $100 per investigation or consultant cost.
      (3)   Fees for permit and renewal applications:
         (a)   Categorical industries - $100 every two years.
         (b)   Significant industrial users - $100 every two years.
         (c)   Industrial users - $25 every two years.
         (d)   Waste haulers - $25/year.
      (4)   Fees for filing appeals - $100.
   (B)   These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this chapter and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the town.
