§ 51.34 OWNERSHIP.

The town shall have exclusive control of connections to the proposed main sewer line and, upon its completion, the aforesaid main line shall become and be the property of the town. Except as otherwise herein provided, all provisions of the town code and ordinances, resolutions or amendments thereto applicable to sewer services including all sewer charges shall apply to services in the proposed area.
